Date of Event: March 13, 2016 - Where: Pepin Mansion- New Albany

Cost: $75.00 per booth space* (booth space is size TBA*)

Vendors must provide their own equipment (example): canopies, tables, chairs etc. All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events. In case of event cancellation, all event cost paid will be given “event valued amount” credit on a future event in 2016, 2017.  Electricity is provided at an additional fee of $15 per booth space.* Event times run 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 9:00 am. Vendor break down is 5:00pm. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN IS ALLOWED, This will result in being banned from any future events by LBOS, LLC Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connections with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind.  We reserve the right to censor any booth. No duplicate booths, or sharing allowed. The best “Themed” booth will receive a gift for the Best dressed!
